Webinar Technical Requirements

  • Attendees must have separate telephone and Internet lines in order to access the training session.

  • Attendees should have a high speed Internet connection.

  • Attendee computers must have at least 256k of RAM.

  • Attendee computer displays must be set at 1024 X 768 pixels.

  • A hands-free phone or speakerphone works best, but is not required for individual training. You must have the ability to mute your telephone if there is background noise in your work area. Cellular telephones are not recommended.

  • In advance of the training you will also need to ensure that the following plug-ins are installed: QuickTime, Flash, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Shockwave, and RealOne Player. The Plug-In page provides a description of these plug-ins as well as links to installation information.

  • Typically, WebEx is automatically downloaded. However, some systems restrict this automated setup and it may be necessary to install WebEx manually. If so, run the automated installer to set up WebEx by going to https://thinkfinity.webex.com/tc0409l/webcomponents/docshow/setup.do?siteurl=thinkfinity and clicking the Set Up button.
