The Verizon Foundation respects your privacy and works hard to safeguard the privacy of your personal data. The Verizon Foundation may collect personal information from users who receive Thinkfinity training or request Thinkfinity materials or who submit other requests or comments via the Thinkfinity Web site. The Verizon Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

The Verizon Foundation uses this information to track progress of the Thinkfinity initiative, to provide information on the program, to analyze and improve the program, and for other internal purposes. The Verizon Foundation does not sell personal information collected on the Thinkfinity Web site to any other entity, including any Verizon entity. However, the Verizon Foundation may share such information with its third party providers to help the Verizon Foundation to provide the Thinkfinity program to its users. The Verizon Foundation may also provide such information in response to subpoenas and other legal demands, where the Verizon Foundation believes that disclosing the information is necessary to protect its rights or limit its liability, or to the extent necessary to continue the Foundation's purposes [of providing educational and classroom training programs, content and materials].
